LogoShack provides tools for creating, modifying, and exporting logo concepts and visual marks.

2. Ownership of Results
All logos, graphics, and visual outputs created through the service belong to the user who generated them.
LogoShack does not claim ownership over user-created outputs.
Users are solely responsible for how generated outputs are used, published, distributed, licensed, or commercialized.
3. Intellectual Property
The LogoShack website, software, interface, source code, visual design, branding, and underlying implementation remain the property of the service owner.
You may not:
- copy or reproduce the source code;
- distribute copies of the service;
- create derivative versions of the service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying implementation;
- use automated methods to scrape, mirror, or clone substantial parts of the service;
- use the service to build a substantially similar competing product.
4. No Guarantees
LogoShack does not guarantee that any generated logo is:
- unique;
- original;
- available for trademark registration;
- legally protectable;
- free from similarity to existing designs.
Users are responsible for performing any trademark, copyright, legal, or commercial checks before using generated outputs.
5. Limitation of Liability
LogoShack shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or commercial damages arising from the use of the service or any generated output.
All use of the service is at the user’s own risk.
6. Termination
Access to the service may be restricted or terminated at any time for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
